During 2-4 and 9-11 October 2018, SEA START, in collaboration with the Mekong Region Futures Institute and with support from USAID, conducted a regional training on the design and scoping of projects assessing vulnerability and adaptation to climate change in areas such as watersheds.
The 45 participants included practitioners and government officials of the countries in the Greater Mekong Subregion (Cambodia, China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam).
