After completing their data collection activities, the Senegal ProGREEN team organized a retreat meeting October 11 – 13, 2019 at Royal Hotel in Saly, Mbour. Over these 3-days, team members worked with the aim of reviewing previously written portions of the country report, completing drafts of remaining sections, and assembling these into a cohesive draft report.
At the end of the retreat, the team finalized a draft for an internal team review. Currently, the team is improving this draft which will then be circulated with key stakeholders and project managers for feedback. After this feedback is incorporated the revised draft will be submitted to START ahead of the official external review in 2020.
