The Digital Belt and Road (DBAR) Initiative is an international science program promoting collaboration on Earth observation to address common issues, including environmental change, in the Belt and Road region.

In this publication seven experts, including TEA-START Director Prof. Jia Gensuo, who also co-chairs the DBAR Environmental change (DBAR-ENVI) working group, share reflections on environmental issues related to the BAR region.
