Felix Olorunfemi was one of the original African Climate Change Policy Fellows with START, studying vulnerability and adaption options for climate change in informal settlements. He has continued his research in that field and recently co-authored an article in UGEC Viewpoints about early warning and urban flooding–titled “The effectiveness of early warning systems in the management of urban flooding in Nigeria,”  published 19 October 2015.
