I’m, a film maker and I have made a documentary film on this subject in 2007.
For me, it was necessary to let people know the problem of this island, for finding appropriate solutions.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Sur la question de langue, l’organisation START est (malheureusement) une organisation anglophone, et la langue de travail que nous les “fellows” utilisons entre nous est l’Anglais.
Je parle francais toutefois, et je suis disposee a repondre a toutes vos questions en francais.
Merci encore pour vos commenaires encourageants. Je suis d’avis egalement que la dynamique “early Warning-Early Action” avec la Croix Rouge est une dynamique prometteuse. Je suis entrain de m’y atteler pour en faire une strategie de developpement pour le Senegal, et tous nos pays en voie de developpement.

Thanks Ms. Arame for your warning. I haven’t particular comments. But a crucial question, why your PUBICATION and other reports aren’t published in french? For a particular emphasis on Early warning to Senegalese community, I think it should be a necessity to translate your publication, this is my opinion.
I have another question regarding your opinion about your collaboration with Red Cross IN THE ISSUE OF Early Warning and Early Action a very nice paradigm?

You’re really conveyed how crucial it is for communities to be forewarned and prepared for the perpetual uncertainties of climate change – and in this case the unforeseen impact of measures taken to mitigate the effects of climate change.
